Global One Places (G1P)— How would you like to live in a $16 million New York City penthouse, complete with beautiful views of the Big Apple?
If that sounds appealing to you, we recommend putting your name in to be the British consul general in New York.
The British government reportedly paid $15.9 million for a seven-bedroom, almost 6,000 square foot luxury penthouse in Manhattan for one of their diplomats.
The U.K.’s Foreign Office said they “secured the best possible deal and value for money on a property.”
The luxury digs have five large bedrooms, three walk-in closets, two staff bedrooms, a massive kitchen and more.
Even better for the incoming consul general, it’s located the 44-story United Nations Plaza — a building described by its developer as the “ultimate global address.”
What do you think of the deal?
