GLOBAL ONE NEWS (G1) —In what many summed up as the most boring Super Bowl of all time, the New England Patriots knocked off the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 Feb. 3 for its sixth championship.

In fact, it was the lowest scoring game in Super Bowl history.

Patriot quarterback Tom Brady — expected by some to now retire — captured his sixth Super Bowl ring, the most of any player.

With only one touchdown scored the entire game — and that was late in the fourth quarter — Super Bowl LIII could only be described as a snooze fest.

Fans took to social media to express their boredom.

One person tweeted: “I am AT MY FIRST SUPER BOWL and have checked my watch like 7 times so far.”

Another posted a pic of a skeleton and captioned it: “Live feed from the guy who updates the scoreboard at the #SuperBowl.”

Former Dallas Cowboy quarterback Troy Aikman tweeted, “Has a punter ever been Super Bowl MVP?”
