GLOBAL ONE NEWS (G1)— Is blockchain banking the wave of the future?

Kent Kristensen, CEO of MessengerBank certainly thinks so.

Kristensen was among several top blockchain gurus attending the two-day conference.

The businessman hails from Denmark and for the past 15 years, has developed ClubWorld Connect, a Visa/Mastercard club system that allows clients to send funds home free of charge.

According to Kristensen’s bio, his goal is to raise awareness of how “Mobile Money” is the future of financial services and consumer banking.

On his LinkedIn account, Kristensen noted that MessengerBank is  “700% faster than #ETH #bitcoin” and added, “Our private blockchain with our partner credits will be the safest lightening speed remittance and cross-border settlement for years to come.”

The company believes blockchain has the “potential to disrupt the world economy.”
